Technikon (TEC) is a private, independent, Austrian SME with a highly specialized multinational team of 20+ engineers and scientists. It is dedicated towards engineering services as well as the planning, assessment and coordination of large industry driven international research projects. TEC as a coordinator support of DYNAMO will contribute to the definition of the security requirements and focus on the data management and risk assessment. With extensive and long-lasting expertise in project management, TEC will ensure achieving ambitious goals, monitor risk and ensuring that appropriate risk mitigation measures are applied to reach the project objectives. In addition, TEC’s innovative media team will make sure to properly communicate and disseminate the project progress and its results in diversified ways.
Ethniko Kentro Erevnas Kai Technologikis Anaptyxis, GREECE
The Centre for Research and Technology-Hellas (CERTH), founded in 2000, is the only research centre in Northern Greece and one of the largest in the country. The Information Technologies Institute (ITI) of CERTH was founded in 1998 as a non-profit organisation under the auspices of the General Secretariat of Research and Technology of Greece (GSRT), with its head office located in Thessaloniki, Greece. ΙΤΙ is currently participating in more than 60 competitive research projects financed by the EU, NATO, and other competitive funding instruments and its research results (more than 260 publications per year) have significant scientific impact. The participating teams of CERTH-ITI in DYNAMO are the Multimodal Data Fusion and Analytics Group (M4D) and the Visual Analytics Lab (VALab), both with significant and demonstrable experience and scientific expertise in several areas, including cybersecurity applications.

FS will ensure DYNAMO connection with ISO resilience standards and BCM practices, by addressing organisational critical functions and tasks which need to keep running during cyber-attacks, and on adapting resilience organisational tools.

Laurea University of Applied Sciences is a Finnish higher education institution that operates on six campuses in the Uusimaa region in southern Finland. The Center for Security Studies (Kentro Meleton Asfaleias – KEMEA), founded in 2005, is a scientific, consulting and research organization overseen by the Minister of Citizen Protection, governed by common law and annually audited by chartered accountants. Its principal purpose is to conduct theoretical and applied research and studies, particularly at strategic level, on security topics and policies. Moreover, it is the think-tank of the Ministry of Citizen Protection on numerous policies such as public order, correctional services, terrorism prevention, crime prevention, integrated border management and civil protection as well as on various other security and societal issues; it also provides advisory and consulting risk-management services to an array of public and private organizations. KEMEA is an organization overseeing the work of 100+ highly specialized individuals.

KPMG FA has established a strong profile in applied research projects having been involved in 19 European Commission projects, particularly those with an underlying evidence-base (data-led) component. Research interests include the practical application of innovative research into policy development and strategic decision-making, societal enhancements, and commercial viability. KPMG FA, as lead of WP7, Impact and Outreach Generation Activities, will contribute to the maximisation of DYNAMO Project’s impact through comprehensive stakeholder making, engagement and market validation. KPMG FA will be responsible for the development of an operational and sustainable exploitation and commercialisation strategy for the project’s outputs.

Founded in 1964, the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCSS (FPG) is an academic hospital operating in all areas of health and clinical assistance and one of the most important and internationally acclaimed care providers in Italy. FPG provides healthcare to approximately 95,000 inpatients and 250,000 outpatients per year and its activities integrate with the training and research activities of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Together with the clinical departments and management, FPG has areas such as facility management, logistics, security, medical engineering, firefighters, ICT. FPG contributes to DYNAMO by eliciting hospital requirements in terms of business continuity, contributes to develop the AI-solution and resilience assessment solution, participates to the Verification Tests and evaluates the outputs of the DYNAMO project. FPG also leads Pilot Plans and Methodology for all pilots.

Centre for Resilience & Business Continuity (CRBC), Business Information Systems, Cork University Business School (CUBS), University College Cork CRBC applies best practice to build resilient businesses and societies and ensure continuity. The R&D focus of the centre goes beyond response and recovery, it emphasises the importance of mitigation, planning and resilience to minimise the impact of the unexpected. CRBC, led by Dr Karen Neville, has secured over €6.5 million in funding. Dr Neville coordinated the S-HELP project (a €3.5 million FP7-grant) to develop to a suite of decision support tools to aid coordination and control of major disasters.

SystemX is an RTO (IRT - Institut de Recherche Technologique), dedicated to the digital engineering of systems, and expert in the analysis, modeling, simulation and decision support for complex systems. Within the framework of use-case oriented projects, SystemX researcher engineers answer the great challenges of our time, both for society and technology, thus contributing to accelerate the digital transformation of industries, services and territories.

Within the ENGIE Group, Laborelec performs contracted research and technical expertise services in electrical power and new energy technology. Its 300 experts improve the business of our shareholders and our external customers on the international market. The Industrial Cybersecurity department enhances the cybersecurity posture of industrial entities by developing guidance, performing assessments and providing assistance in implementing technical and organizational measures, including training. Unique knowledge is gained by deep knowledge of the industrial processes that are linked to the energy production, distribution and consumption, combined with performing internal research and by joining EU projects and MIT CAMS. Contribution to the development of international standards and contracted work for ENISA allows a broad view on the subject. In the DYNAMO project Laborelec will contribute in delivering the use case related to energy.
