On 15 & 16 December 2025, the DYNAMO project partners met together in Brussels, Belgium for their Final Event and General Assembly meeting. We were kindly hosted by one of our partners, Engie.
The DYNAMO project reached an important milestone with its final event, bringing together experts from research, industry, and critical infrastructure sectors to reflect on achievements and look ahead to the future of dynamic cyber resilience.

A keynote by Prof. Rob Kooij (TNO / Delft University of Technology) offered valuable insights into the growing complexity and interdependency of digital infrastructures. His talk underlined the importance of designing networks and systems with resilience in mind from the outset.

One of the key highlights was the panel discussion on strategic sectoral perspectives, moderated by Reda Yaich (IRT SystemX). Representatives from ENGIE (Belgium), Gemelli Hospital (Italy), Naval Group Belgium, along with contributors from DYNAMO, DYNABIC, and SECASSURED, shared real‑world challenges and lessons learned across energy, healthcare, and defense. Despite sectoral differences, common themes emerged around legacy systems, regulation, and the need for shared situational awareness.

The second half of the event focused on turning research into practice, with Fraunhofer and CERTH demonstrating the DYNAMO platform. Input from end users added concrete examples of how the platform supports resilience planning and informed decision‑making in operational environments.

The event was also preceded the day prior by the final General Assembly meeting of the partners, a bittersweet end to an exciting journey.
